摘要
以铝合金裂纹板和T300/E51复合材料单面胶接修补裂纹板静力试验结果为基础,建立了基于J-150胶粘剂的双板-弹簧元有限元分析模型,并用于其它多种复合材料胶接修补设计方案的静强度评估分析,能够很好地再现试验结果。该有限元分析方法的提出,可用于指导金属损伤结构复合材料快速修补方案的优化设计。
According to the static test results on cracked aluminum alloy plates and T300/E51 com- posite bonding repaired plates, a double plates-spring finite element model was established for J-150 adhesive, and it was used to evaluate static strength of composite bonding repaired designed by other kind of methods, which can well reproduce test results. The proposed finite element analysis method can be used to optimize design of rapid composite bonding repair for metal damaged structures.
