可交互操作的民机轻量化数模创建方法 被引量:2

摘要 民机三维模型具有直观性,对于提高飞机远程维修支援等工程实践的效率和准确度具有重要意义。但三维模型数据量较大,导致模型打开缓慢和网络传输耗时过长,因此,飞机三维数模的轻量化,在实际工程使用及相关操作中具有重要意义。本文针对这一实际问题,结合目前国内外在模型轻量化领域的研究成果,提出了民机三维模型的层次化轻量化的方法,并将轻量化模型进行装配文件与零件文件分开存储的方式,生成一种支持可远程网络操作与航线维修三维模型的民机三维数模的轻量化模型。试验表明,该方法可有效地减小模型的大小,加快模型在网络间的传输速度和模型显示速度。 The three-dimensional model of civil aircraft is of vivacity which is important to improve efficiency and accuracy of engineering practice in remote maintenance support of aircraft. But the da- ta quantity of three-dimensional model is very large, consequently the model file can be opened slow- ly and network transmission takes too long. Therefore, the lightweight three-dimensional model of aircraft is important in practical usage and related operations. To solve this practical problem, the method of hierarchical lightweight model of civil aircraft is proposed by combining research results in lightweight model area home and abroad, while the assembly files and part files are stored separately in this paper. The lightweight three-dimensional model of aircraft is built which supports the remote network operation and line maintenance. The tests indicate that model size can be reduced evidently while the transmission speed among network and the display speed of model are accelerated.
