摘要
新旧两套离子膜法电解装置均设置有负压水封。介绍2次氯气泄漏事故经过。分析事故原因是:氯气压力过高,使旧氯气站负压水封泄漏。提出系统开车前应检查各个水封是否缺水,并提前开启事故氯装置或氯气泵。
Both the new and the old ionic membrane electrolytic devices are equipped with negative pressure water seal. Two chlorine leak accidents are introduced. The cause of the accident is analyzed and found to be the too high pressure of chlorine gas which leads to the leakage of negative pressure water seal for old chlorine station. It is proposed that if there is enough water in water seal should be checked and accident chlorine plant or chlorine pump should be started in advance of start-up of the system.
