摘要
分别以云南红河大翼橙为父本,以琯溪蜜柚为母本进行人工授粉,同时以琯溪蜜柚的自然授粉为对照(CK),研究了云南红河大翼橙花粉授粉对琯溪蜜柚当年果实坐果率、生长发育、果形指数变化及果实理化特征的影响,结果发现:人工授粉对果实的生长发育过程无显著影响。理化特征测定结果表明:人工授粉显著提高了果实的单果重及果实大小,果实的坐果率、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量,同时增加了单个果实的饱满种子数。
The artificial pollination was carried out by using Hongguang tangerine orange and Guanxi honey pomelo as male parent and female parent, respectively. At the same time, by using the natural pollination of Guanxi honey pomelo as the control (CK) , the effects of pollen pollination of Hongguang tangerine orange on the fruit-setting rate, fruit growth and development, fruit shape index, and fruit physicochemical characteristics of Guanxi honey pomelo were researched. The results showed that the artificial pollination had no significant effects on the growth and development of Guanxi honey pomelo fruits, but it significantly en- hanced the single-fruit weight and fruit size, and increased the fruit-setting rate, the contents of soluble solid and titratable acid in fruit, and the number of full seeds in single fruit.
