摘要
为了探索密集烤房不同装烟方式对烤房烘烤环境和烤后烟叶香气质量的影响,选用了笼式烟夹和散叶插扦两种新型装烟方式与传统挂竿装烟方式进行烘烤对比试验。研究结果表明:在烘烤环境方面,笼式烟夹和散叶插扦在7个位点的温度差异和垂直风速差异均小于传统挂竿方式。温度在变黄期差异显著,但在定色期和干筋期差异不显著;笼式烟夹和散叶插扦的垂直风速均保持在0.4 m/s以内,相互之间差异很小,而传统挂竿上层烟叶和下层烟叶风速都超过0.4 m/s,相互之间差异较大。在烤后烟叶香气质量方面,笼式烟夹和散叶插扦的香气物质总量之和均比传统挂竿大,并分别达到极显著和显著水平差异。综上,笔者认为笼式烟夹和散叶插扦装烟方式能形成更为均匀一致的烘烤环境,从而提高烟叶香气成分含量。
In order to find out the effects of different tobacco-loading methods in bulk curing barn on the curing environment and aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves, we conducted a comparative experiments with three tobacco-loading methods, namely traditionally loading tobacco leaves with pole (CK), loading tobacco leaves with cage-type clamp (treatment A), and loading scattered tobacco leaves with needle (treatment B). The results showed that: as for the curing environment in bulk curing barn, the temperature difference and vertical wind speed difference among seven sites in treatment A and treatment B were all low- er than those in CK; the temperature difference was significant at yellowing stage, but it was not significant at leaf-drying stage and stem-drying stage; the vertical wind speed in both treatment A and treatment B kept within 0.4 m/s with little difference be- tween each other; while the vertical wind speed at upper leaf layer and lower leaf layer in CK was all more than 0.4 m/s with big difference between each other. As for the aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves, the total content of aroma substances in treatment A and treatment B was respectively very significantly and significantly higher than that in CK. Therefore, loading tobacco leaves with cage-type clamp or loading scattered tobacco leaves with needle could form more uniform curing environment, and could improve the content of aroma substances in flue-cured tobacco leaves.
