摘要
主要介绍了可编程控制器的原理和分类,以及可编程控制器在多功能起重机上所应用的通讯方式,并从设计成本、投入成本及应用效果等方面对三点通讯和升级改进后的环网通讯进行对比分析,总结出两种方式各自的优缺点及适应场合,为以后电气控制系统通讯方式的设计奠定科学的理论依据。
This paper mainly introduces the principle and classification of programmable controller, and the communication way of programmable controller on multi--function crane. The improved ring network communication is compared to the three--points communication from the design cost, input cost and the application effect. The advantages and disadvantages of the two ways and their applicable place are summa- rized, and thus the scientific theory basis can be provided for the future design of electric control system communication mode.
