摘要
ICP-MS法是测定痕量和超痕量元素的一种分析手段,我国应用该法测定贵金属已有二十多年历史。近年来有关金分析进展和测定方法的文章较多,从进样前是否分离富集痕量金两方面综述了近年来ICP-MS测定地质样品中痕量金进样前处理的研究进展。
ICP-MS method is a kind of analysis method for determing trace and ultra trace element, the method has been used for determing precious metals in China for more than 20 years. In recent years, more and more articles about the gold analysis progress and measurement method are published. According ana- lyzing articles, the research progress for determing geological sample of the trace gold by ICP--MS method are reviewed from two aspects of whether the samples should be pretreated in resent years.
