氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者生化指标及心脏功能的影响

Effects of Clopidogrel Combined with Atorvastatin on Biochemical Indexes and Cardiac Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病生化指标及心脏功能的影响。方法选择2013年2月至2014年10月收治的152例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各76例,在常规冠心病药物治疗的同时,对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组采用氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组炎性因子、血脂水平、心功能、治疗效果。结果临床疗效:观察组总有效率90.79%明显高于对照组78.95%(χ~2=4.150,P<0.05);炎性因子与血栓素B2:观察组血栓素B2(TXB2)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平明显低于对照组(t=8.750~13.913,P<0.05);血脂水平:观察组胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)明显低于对照组,高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)明显高于对照组(t=4.183~13.316,P<0.05);心功能:观察组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)明显低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显高于对照组(t=4.867~11.800,P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀有助于缓解冠心病患者炎症症状,调控血脂水平,改善心功能,提高治疗效果。

Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin can help alleviate the symptoms of coronary heart disease, regulate blood lipid levels, improve heart function and improve the therapeutic effect.
