摘要
目的比较两种全自动血凝分析仪检测D二聚体结果的一致性。方法分别使用Sysmex CA7000全自动血凝分析仪和STA-R Evolution全自动凝血分析仪检测320例患者血浆D二聚体水平,对结果进行统计学分析。结果两种仪器检测D二聚体结果分别为(2.412±0.458)mg/L,(1.820±0.654)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.425,P<0.05);两台仪器结果阳性率分别为76.6%,82.5%,差异显著(χ~2=68.757,P<0.05);两者的阳性符合率为70.6%,阴性符合率为11.6%,总体符合率为82.2%。结论两种仪器检测D二聚体的阳性率不同,临床应针对不同检测系统制定不同的疾病判断临界值。
Objective To investigate the consistency of the analytical results for D-dimer test by two different automatic biochemical analyzers. Methods Sysmex CA7000 and STA- R Evolution automatic biochemical analyzers were used to detect the quantitative serum D-dimer of 320 patients in hospital,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The results of D-dimer by two automatic biochemical analyzers were(2. 412 ± 0. 458 ) rag/L, ( 1. 820 ± 0.654) mg/L respectively, which had a significant difference ( t = 3. 425 ,P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rate were 76.6% ,82.5% respectively, which had a significant difference (χ2 = 68. 757,P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive and negative coincidence rates were 70.6% , 11.6% respectively, and the total coincidence rate was 82.2%. Conclusion The two automatic biochemical analyzers have the different positive rate in D-dimer detection. The clinical department should select different threshold to estimate the status of disease according to different detection system.
