摘要 原发免疫性血小板减少症(primary immune thromboeytopenia, ITP)是以血小板减少伴或不伴皮肤黏膜出血为主要临床表现的一组疾病,主要与体液及细胞免疫介导的血小板破坏过多、巨核细胞成熟障碍或血小板生成不足有关,目前其发病机制尚未完全明了。许多研究表明,DNA甲基化在ITP中起到一定作用。现就DNA甲基化在ITP作用机制中的研究作一综述,以期从表观遗传学的角度探讨ITP的发病机制,为ITP的防治提供新的理论依据。
