血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅷ及蛋白C活性与下肢深静脉血栓形成的关系 被引量:7

Relationship Between Plasma Coagulation Factor Ⅴ,Ⅷ and Protein C Activity and deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

摘要 目的观察血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅷ及蛋白C活性与下肢深静脉血栓形成(DⅤT)的关系。方法取2012年4月至2016年8月医院收治下肢DⅤT患者300例,设为观察组,取同期入院健康体检者300例,设为对照组。采用发射底物法检测2组血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅷ及蛋白C活性水平,对危险因素进行Logistic回归分析,分析血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅷ及蛋白C活性与下肢DⅤT的关系。结果观察组血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅷ水平,高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组蛋白C活性水平,低于对照组(P<0.05);下肢DYT发生率与血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅷ高表达及蛋白C活性水平低表达关系密切(P<0.05)。结论下肢DⅤT中血浆凝血因子Ⅴ、Ⅷ存在高表达,蛋白C活性低表达,是下肢深静脉血栓的独立危险因素。 Objective To observe the relationship between plasma coagulation factor V, VIII and protein C activity and deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods From April,2012 to August, 2016,300 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs were treated as observation group. The activity of plasma coagulation factors V, VIII and protein C were measured by emission matrix method. Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between plasma coagulation factors V, VIII and protein C activity and deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities. Results The levels of plasma coagulation factor V and VIII in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The activity of histone C in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and plasma coagulation factor V, High expression of VIII and low level of protein C activity( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is high expression of plasma coagulation factors V and VIII and low expression of protein C in deep venous thrombosis. It is an independent risk factor of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
