摘要 英语第二课堂教学对英语学习能力和良好习惯的养成起重要作用,在英语第二课堂教学中科学运用"情感过滤假说",消除情感障碍,培养学生学习英语的兴趣和自信,引导学生主动探究,对启动语言习得机制、提高语言输入的有效性和提升语言输出的质量有着重要意义。 English extracurricular teaching plays a vital part in cultivating the students' English learning ability and favorable learning habits. The application of "The Affective Filter Hypothesis" in English extracurricular teaching offers an opportunity for the students to eliminate their emotional impediment, develop their interest and confidence in English, and conduct voluntary inquiry, which enables the students to have access to the language acquisition device, promotes the efficiency of language input, and improves the students' language competence.
