东莞作为中国重要的鞋业产业基地之一,经过多年的发展,已经形成完善的产业链和优良的基础配套。然而,由于近几年人工成本上升等因素,东莞鞋业面临着产业转移,企业转型等一系列问题,文章就东莞鞋业目前的困境提出思考,分析了东莞鞋业集群现存的有利条件及不利因素,从国内外鞋业发展的历史规律和发展现状入手,分别从政府、行业、企业的角度探讨应对策略,提出了搭建行业平台、自主品牌培育、产品转型、小微企业扶持及大数据下的个性化设计等多项建议。

Dongguan is one of the important footwear industry based in China, and with years of development, the footwear industry cluster has formed a sound industrial chain and excellent infrastructure .But with the rising of labor costs and other factors in the last few years, the footwear industry of Dongguan is facing with a series of problems such as industrial transfer and enterprise transformation.The article puts forward some thoughts on the plight of Dongguan footwear industry, and analyses the existing favorable conditions as well as unfavorable factors of Dongguan footwear industry cluster. According to the historical law and development situation of the footwear industry at home and abroad, and some suggestions have been supplied from the angle of government,industry and enterprise on industry platform building, independent brand cultivation, product tramsformation, small and micro enterprise supporting, personal design under the big date and so on.
