乌灵胶囊联合抗抑郁药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁的综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of Wuling capsule combined with antidepressants in the treatment of post-stroke depression

目的对乌灵胶囊联合抗抑郁药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果进行综合评价,为促进临床安全合理用药、提高疗效提供科学依据。方法使用中国知网(CNKI)中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库以及维普资讯网中文科技期刊数据库,对乌灵胶囊、抑郁等主题词进行检索,筛选符合要求的文献,从临床有效性、安全性等方面进行相关文献的全面回顾和分析。结果乌灵胶囊联合抗抑郁药物较单独使用抗抑郁药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁,临床有效性更高、安全性更好。结论乌灵胶囊联合抗抑郁药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁有较好疗效,且相对安全,但需要进一步深入探讨治疗脑卒中后抑郁的最佳联合用药方案,为临床治疗提供最确切的理论依据。

Objective To provide evidence for promoting clinical safe and enhancing efficacy of Wuling capsule combined with antidepressants in the treatment of post-stroke depression by making a comprehensive review and analysis on the clinical studies. Methods We searched the researches of wuling capsule and depression in China HowNet （CNKI） Chinese journal full text database, Wanfang database and VIP information network Chinese Journal database, selected the re- searches we needed and made a systematic review and analysis in terms of efficacy and safety. Results According to the researches, we found that combination of wuling capsule and antidepressants has a better Clinical efficacy as compared to these antidepressants applied individually in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Conclusion Wuling capsule com- bined with antidepressants has certain therapeutic effectiveness and relative safety in the treatment of post-stroke depres- sion. It ＇ s needed to further explore the optimal therapeutic schedule in the treatment of post - stroke depression, and pro- vide a theoretical basis for the optimal therapeutic schedule.
