脑微出血危险因素和预防的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 脑微出血（cerebral microbleed，CMB）是脑小血管病在影像学上的表现之一，它是由于脑小血管壁严重损害，血液从血管壁渗出，形成含铁血黄素在脑实质沉积为主要特征的亚临床损害，其在头部MRI的T2加权梯度回波序列（Gradient-RecallEcho，GRE）及磁敏感加权成像序列（susceptibilit weighted imaging，SWI）表现为直径为2～5mm.
