随着深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革成为当前和今后一个时期全国农业农村工作的主线,我国农业发展已进入战略转型的关键时期。国家粮食生产核心区是国家粮食生产和安全保障的核心区域,在农业供给侧改革过程中,其重要地位和示范作用更加明显,同时自身存在的问题和发展瓶颈也更加突出,改革任务更重、挑战更大,应从政府扶持、粮油生产、农产品流通和加工转化等方面推进改革,调优产品结构、调好生产方式、调顺产业体系。

While the deepening of the agricuhural supply-side structural reform become the main line of national agricuhural and rural work in the next period, China＇s agricultural development has entered a critical period of strategic transformation. The core area of national grain production is the core area of guaranteeing the production and safety of the national grain. In the process of agricultural supply-side structural reform, its important position and demonstration role are more obvious, meanwhile, its own problems and developing bottleneck are more prominent, the reform task is more important, and challenge is bigger. The core area of national grain production should seize the opportunity from the aspects of government support, grain and oil production, circulation of agricultural products and transformation of processing, promoting the reform and adjusting the product structure, production mode and industrial system.
