摘要
转炉炉衬砌筑时设置膨胀间隙是很重要的,膨胀间隙的不同会导致炉衬与炉壳之间的接触压力不同,进而导致炉衬的热应力不同。应用有限元软件,对炉体工作过程进行模拟仿真,得到了炉衬与炉壳之间的接触压力,其结果为分析砌炉是否合理、求解炉衬热应力奠定了基础。
It is important to set the expansion gap during converter lining-up. Different expansion gap will resulted in different contact pressures between converter lining and shell, furthermore, different lining thermal stress. By using finite element software, simulate the working process of the converter, and get the contact pressure. This result laid the foundation for calculating thermal stress and analyzing if the lining-up is reasonable.
