摘要
针对球团厂除尘系统手动排灰系统存在的问题，设计了基于S7—400PLC的自动放灰控制系统，并利用WinCC6．0软件搭建了人机界面系统，该系统运行稳定，可在线设置或修改参数，提高了生产效率，降低了岗位的劳动强度。
The S7-400 PLC Discharging Automation Control System is designed in order to solve the problems in the manual discharging system, The system has a man-machine interface of WinCC 6.0 and the functions of online parameter set-up and modification. It runs stably, increases the production efficiency and reduce the labour intensity.
