摘要
通过问卷、访谈、实地走访及田野调查等方法,对双柏县义务教育均衡发展情况展开全面调研,并以大麦地镇为例深入剖析了义务教育均衡发展的现状、问题、困境及主要制约因素。基于调研分析,结合双柏县"民族、山区、贫困、分散"等特点,从政策调适、教师培养、布点调整、师资配置、保障机制、信息技术培训六个层面对加快推进双柏县义务教育均衡发展提出了针对性建议。
A comprehensive survey was conducted in Damaidi Township, Shuangbai County to collect information regarding balanced development of compulsory education in Shuangbai County, especially its current status, existing problems, difficulties and the major restraint factors. In the survey, questionnaire, interview, onsite visit, field investigation and other methods were employed. Based on analysis of the information gained from the survey and taking into consideration characteristics of Shuangbai county, i.e. minority ethnic groups, mountainous area, poverty and sparse habitation, the present paper suggests specific solutions to promote balanced development of compulsory education in Shuangbai county from six aspects: 1 ) policy adaptation; 2 ) education of teachers; 3 ) location adjustment; 4 ) supply and deployment of teachers ; 5) guarantee mechanism; and 6) IT training.
