摘要
本文使用HFACS、"起因树"两种人误分析模型,从不同的视角对航空事故进行综合性的分析,找出事故发生的直接和间接诱因,提出改进措施。为以后航空事故分析提供一些新的思路。
In this paper, two kinds of human error analysis models, named HFACS and Cause-tree, are used to analyze the crash so that we can find out the direct and indirect causes of the accident from different perspectives. And improvement measures are put forward. It aims to provide some new ideas for the analysis of crash in the future.
