摘要
针对模拟矿井综采工作面运输巷矩形断面支护结构的病害,通过现场几何测量和结构力学性质检测,采用有限元法建立了相应的分析模型并进行计算,结果表明:巷道顶板地表填土作业时自重较大的推土机械直接在顶板上方往复施工碾压、填土压实、过大堆载和施工顺序不当是造成巷道顶板挠度过大、混凝土剥落面积较多、无法满足正常使用的主要原因。在此基础上提出的加固技术方案可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。
Abstract: Aiming at the disease of rectangle- section supporting structure in simulated fully mechanized working face transportation roadway, the field data was collected by geometrical measurement and mechanical properties detection, based on which the finite element analysis model was established, and the calculation was carried out. And the reasons for the excessive deflection of roadway roof, large area concrete spalling, which failed to meet the operation requirement, were found that, during the surface filling operation above the roadway roof, the heavy bulldozers rolled directly on the roof reciprocatingly, performing soil compacting and over-weight soil piling, and the construction sequence was improper. The reinforcement technology scheme on this basis can provide references for similar projects.
