摘要 提出了一种应用负载敏感技术的采煤机变量泵调高液压系统,在理论分析其工作原理和效率基础上,通过仿真软件Matlab/Simhydraulics建立了负载敏感变量泵调高液压系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,通过负载敏感变量泵调高液压系统和现有常规技术定量泵调高液压系统的效率比较,在采煤机动态性能一致的前提下,负载敏感变量泵调高液压系统效率要远高于定量泵调高液压系统。 In this paper, a method of variable displacement pump with height-adjusting hydraulic system of shearer is proposed. Based on the theoretical analysis of its operation principles and efficiency, a model of load sensitive variable displacement pump with height-adjusting hydraulics system is established using Simhydraulics/Maflab. The results of simulation show that the efficiency of load sensitive variable displacement pump with height-adjusting hydraulic system outclasses that of fixed displacement pump under constant dynamic performance of shearer, according to the comparison between efficiency of load sensitive variable displacement with height-adjusting hydraulic system and that of conventional fixed displacement pump.
