摘要
针对煤矿井下支架搬运车重载下坡速度不稳定问题,首先介绍了支架搬运车行走液压系统原理,分析了支架搬运车重载下坡速度不稳定的主要原因。设计了支架搬运车液压系统缓冲装置,该装置解决了支架搬运车重载下坡速度不稳定的问题,保护了液压系统中各个液压元件以及发动机,提高了各个元件的使用寿命;优化了支架搬运车液压驱动系统,改善了支架搬运车使用性能,并为同类车型行走液压系统的设计提供了参考。
Aiming at the instable downhill speed of heavy load chock cartier in underground coal mine, the principle of hydraulic system of chock carrier is introduced firstly, and the main reason for the unstable speed is analyzed. The buffering device for hydraulic system of chock carrier is designed, which stabilizes the downhill speed of the chock carrier, protects the various hydraulic components in the hydraulic system and protects the engine, improves the service life of the various components, optimizes the hydraulic driving system of the chock carrier, and provides reference for the design of walking hydraulic system of similar models.
