摘要
为解决掘进机在掘进巷道时产生大量粉尘,对煤矿巷道作业人员的身体健康构成严重威胁的问题,设计了将除尘系统集成于掘进机之上的EBZ260TY型高性能掘进机。该掘进机在实现快速掘进的同时,能够对掘进巷道工作面粉尘进行极为有效地控制及处理。为深入研究其除尘系统各性能参数,对其进行了模拟巷道测试,并对测试数据进行了研究分析,同时经过流场分析提出优化措施,旨在为以后的研究及改进工作提供有效的理论指导依据。
Aiming at the serious dust problem during roadway driving with roadheader, which is a threat for the coal mine workers health, EBZ260TY high-performance roadheader is designed in which a dust removal system is integrated. The roadheader realizes effective dust control during rapid roadway driving. In order to further study the performance parameters, the roadheader was tested in simulated roadway, the test data was analyzed, and optimization measures were proposed according to the results of flow field analysis.
