摘要
结合双螺杆泵在重质原油外输系统中的应用现状,提出对双螺杆泵进行超压停泵保护改造,以实现在系统压力过高时的快速停泵,提高管道运行的安全系数,保证长输原油管道的安全平稳运行。
Combined with application of double - screw pump in heavy crude oil transportation system, the over- pressure pump -stopping protection recon- struction of double - screw pump is implemented. The funetioncontrol principle and application process are introduced. It realizes emergency pump - stop- ping when the system pressure is too high. This re- construction can improve safety factor of pipeline op- eration and reduce adverse consequences vastly to en- sure safety and steady operation of long- distance oil transportation pipeline.
