试论职业病危害评价与安全评价的整合

Discussions into the Integration of Occupational Disease Hazards Evaluation and Safety Evaluation

从评价类型、评价程序、评价方法以及政府监管等多方面对职业病危害评价与安全评价进行对比,分析两种评价整合的必要性与可行性,这将简化安全监管部门的工作职能、提高工作效率,同时降低企业的经济负担与时间成本,减少职业卫生评价服务机构与安全评价服务机构重复劳动、提高工作效率、节约社会资源。

In this paper, the classification, procedure,methods and supervision of the government was compared between occupational disease hazards evaluation and safety evaluation to analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the integration of the two kinds of evaluation. It will simplify the work function of the safety supervision department,improve working efficiency,reduce the economic burden and time cost and reduces the repeated labor and saving the social resources of the occupational health service institutions and the safety evaluation service agencies.
