摘要
电力调度通信系统是电网进行电力调度最重要的支撑系统。目前电网的调度通信技术仍以电路交换为主,然而电路交换技术业务单一、灵活性差,已逐渐不能满足电力调度通信的需求,越来越多的电力调度业务将承载于IP网络,基于IP的调度技术将成为下一代电力调度的主流解决方案。文章提出了一种基于IP技术的多业务融合调度通信解决方案,不仅能解决原有的基于电路交换的调度通信业务功能单一、系统扩展困难、接入复杂等问题,而且具备建设成本低、扩展性能强、扁平化管理等优点,具有良好的应用前景。
Electric power dispatching communication system is the most important support system for power grid dispatching. At present, the dispatching communication technology of power grid is mainly based on circuit switching. However, circuit switching technology with single service and poor flexibility cannot meet the demand of electric power dispatching communication. More and more electric power dispatching businesses will be carried by IP-based network. The IP-based dispatching technology will be the mainstream solution of the next generation of electric power dispatching. This paper proposes a multi-service fusion IP- based dispatching communication solution, which can not only solve previous problems of circuit switching such as single service, poor extension ability and complexity of access method, but also has the advantages of low construction cost, strong expansibility and flat management mode. The proposed method has a good application prospect.
