摘要
文章结合安徽省电力通信光传输网运维体量大与运维人员少的矛盾现状,提出一种针对电力信通调度班组的光传输系统应急标准化体系,从光传输系统运行资料统计、故障预处理以及应急处置人员组织3个方面对体系建设过程进行详细阐述。该标准化体系是对国家电网公司电力通信系统应急体系的补充和完善,应用结果表明,其建设可以较大幅度提升应急处置效率。
To cope with the challenge of heavy workload and less personnel in the operation and maintenance of Anhui electric power optical transmission network, this paper proposes a standardized emergency system of optical transmission applicable to power communication dispatching teams. The construction of emergency communication system is described from three aspects including statistics of the optical transmission network performance data, pretreatment for malfunctions and emergency personnel organization. The dispatching teams' standardization process emergency system is a supplement and perfection for SGCC emergency system. Its application results show the system construction can greatly enhance the efficiency of emergency treatment.
