摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人们对鲜切花的需求增加,鲜切花保鲜技术也变得尤为重要,而合适的保鲜剂可以有效地延长鲜花的保鲜时间.本试验通过在恒温控湿的光照培养箱中和自然环境条件下,研究不同营养剂对洋桔梗保鲜时间长短、花色、花头开放及萎蔫程度、花茎直立程度等方面的影响,发现在培养箱中对花头影响程度较好的营养剂配方是蒸馏水+0.2g/L 8-HQC+0.23mmol/L硫代硫酸银(STS)+0.05mol/L硫酸铝;在自然环境下最合适配方是蒸馏水.两种环境下洋桔梗的花茎直立程度变化不大,对花朵直径的影响为在培养箱下最佳配方是3%蔗糖+0.2g/L 8-HQC+0.23mmol/L STS+0.05mol/L硫酸铝.
With the improvement of living standards, the demand for fresh cut flowers is increasing, and the preservation techniques of fresh cut flowers are becoming more and more important. Moreover the suitable antistaling agents can effectively prolong the fresh time of flowers. In the constant temperature humidity control incubator and the natural environment condi- tions, the experimental studied the different nutritional agents' effect on Eustoma grandiflorum preservation duration, flower opening and wilting degree, flowering stems erect degree etc.. The experiment found that in the incubator, the nutritional for- mula, which better influenced flower heads, is distilled water 0.2 g/L 8--HQC 0.23 mmol/L Silver Thiosulfate (STS) 0.05 mol/L aluminum sulfate In the natural environment, the best formula is distilled water In the two environment, the stem of Platycodon grandiflorum has little change in its erect degree The effect on flower diameter is that under the incubator the best formula is 3% sucrose 0.2 g/L 8--HQC, 0.23 mmol/L STS, 0.05 mol/L aluminum sulfate.
