国外高水平工商管理本科教育培养模式比较与启示

A Comparison Research on Foreign High-level Business Administration Undergraduate Education Training Pattern and Enlightenment

有关工商管理教育的研究多数聚焦于MBA教育,对本科教育的研究还不够充分,尤其是如何办出有特色的、高水平的工商管理本科教育仍需要进一步探讨。本文通过比较美国、法国和日本6所高等学校的工商管理本科教育,尝试从这几种不同形态的培养模式中归纳出一些有意义的特征,以期为我国的管理教育工作者提供借鉴,培养出更多高水平管理人才服务于社会需求。

Existing researches on business education mostly focused on MBA students, so undergraduates require more research. This paper conducted a comparison research on undergraduate administrative education of 6 colleges or universities. It briefly reviewed the development history of administrative education of both domestic and foreign education institutions and then deeply dug into specific training patterns of these representatives. This paper provided meaningful insight for China＇s undergraduate administrative education prac- titioner.
