连续配筋混凝土路面冲断的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 连续配筋混凝土路面(简称CRCP)在实际应用中会出现各种病害,其中冲断是主要表现形式,裂缝宽度、变异性都是影响CRCP冲断的重要因素。本文首先运用裂缝预估程序MEPDG软件分析取不同的干缩、温缩系数值时裂缝宽度对冲断的影响,然后用ABAQUS软件模拟分析不同的强度变异性对于冲断的影响。结果表明:减小路面裂缝宽度,能够有效减少CRCP冲断病害,当变异系数小于10%时,可以有效预防和减少冲断病害的发生。 Various diseases will appear with a continuous reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP), among others the thrust is the main diseases. Pavement cracks and variability is the major factors leading to CRCP thrust. In this paper, firstly, the impact of the crack width on the thrust is analyzed by crack pre-evaluation program MEPDG software at different air shrinkage temperature shrinkage factors; simulation analysis is performed by ABAQUS software for impact of the different strength variability on the thrust. The results show that the CRCP thrust may be effectively reduced by decreasing the pavement crack width. When the variation coefficient is less than 10 %, it can effectively prevent and reduce the thrust.
