摘要
以1,2-二溴乙烷和4-氨基苯甲酸为原料合成了配体4,4'-(1,2-乙二氨基)-二苯甲酸(L),并对其结构进行了表征。Tb3+对配体乙醇溶液的荧光滴定结果表明,配体能够很好地敏化Tb3+的特征荧光,表明两者能形成稳定配合物,且体系中Tb3+与配体L的结合比为1:2(Tb L2)。研究了掺杂五种不同金属离子对体系Tb L2乙醇溶液的荧光强度的影响,实验表明:Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Ni^(2+)和Mg^(2+)对体系中Tb3+的特征荧光敏化1~4倍,而Cu^(2+)使体系的荧光猝灭。研究结果对于设计荧光比率探针以及制备经济高效的荧光材料具有一定的参考价值。
4, 4'-(Ethyl-1, 2-Diamine)-Dibenzoic Acid (L) was synthesized with 4-aminobenzoic acid and 1, 2-dibromoethane and its structure was characterized. The fluorescent spectra showed that the intrinsic fluorescence spectra of Tb (III) was significantly amplified by the synthetic ligand, the molar ratio of Tb (III) and L in ethanol solution is most likely 1:2 .The impact of five doped ions on fluorescence intensity of Terbium complex (TbL2) was discussed. The result showed that Zn (II), Cd (II), Ni (II)and Mg (II) could enhance fluorescence intensity of terbium complex (TbL2). The results provided theoretical basis for the designing of the fluorescence ratio probes and the synthesizing of the economical-efficient luminescence materials.
