摘要
当液力传动轨道车处于无动力反拖工况时,自身的润滑系统不起作用,液力传动箱输出轴上的旋转轴承由于无法润滑、散热而损坏,因此,研制出一套有效的惰性供油系统为这类轴承进行散热非常必要。通过探讨惰性供油系统在液力传动轨道车上使用的必要性和可行性,并结合实际应用案例,分析其中存在的问题并提出解决措施,使该系统趋于成熟可靠。
When hydrodynamic propulsion rail car is in unpowered reverse pull mode, lubrication system itself couldn't work. It will lead to damage of roller bearings installed on the hydraulic transmission box output shaft due to no lubrication or heat dissipation in it. For better heat dissipation of these bearings, it is necessary to develop an inert fuel supply system. This paper discusses the necessity and possibility of an inert fuel supply system used in hydrodynamic propulsion rail car. Based on the practice and applications, this paper analyzes the existing problems and makes recommendations to make the system more reliable.
