附建式变电站受地铁运行振动影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 前海项目附建式变电站可能受到下穿地铁振动的影响,国内无明确的标准规定也缺乏类似工程案例,需进行预测研究。首先总结国内相关标准,提出变电站振动的多指标控制及限值要求。其次对同类型变压器、地铁线路及项目位置地表开展振动测试,了解变压器及项目现场振动情况。最后建立轨道-土层-建筑物-变压器三维有限元分析模型进行预测分析。分析结果表明:无论变压器是否采取隔振措施,振动加速度、振动速度以及振动位移均满足限值要求。 The attached substation of Qianhai project may be affected by the under-passing metro vibration. There are no clear standards and norms nor similar projects in China, so it is necessary to make a prediction study. Firstly, the domestic related standards are summarized, and the multi index control and limit value requirements of substation vibration are put forward. Secondly, vibration tests on the same type transformers, metro line and project location are carried out to understand the vibration of the transformers and project site. Finally, a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of track, soil layer, building and transformer is established to make prediction and analysis. The analysis shows that the vibration acceleration, vibration velocity and vibration displacement meet the requirements of the limit value, whether or not the transformer takes vibration isolation measures.
