摘要
地铁郊区线路通常采用高架形式,其线路容易受到雨、雪、大风、大雾等恶劣天气影响,运营公司一般情况下会采取降低列车运行速度的方法确保地铁运营安全,但同时也会降低整体的运营服务水平。结合南京地铁宁天城际线路的特点,从限速运行的启动时机、行车组织及处置流程等方面入手,提出"限速多车"的运行模式,以降低对乘客出行的影响,进一步提升地铁运营服务水平。
Metro suburban line usually is an elevated structure, therefore metro line is susceptible to rain, snow, wind, fog and other bad weather. In general, metro operators will lower train speed to ensure the safety of metro operation, however it will also lead to lower the overall operational service level. With the characteristics of Ningtian intercity line of Nanjing metro, starting from the selection of starting time of train speed restriction, to the train operation organization and workflow etc., this paper puts forward the operation mode of speed limit for multi trains in order to reduce the impact on passenger travel, to further enhance the service level of the metro operation.
