从我国铁路实施多元化经营的必要性入手,概述国内外铁路机车租赁现状,分析融资租赁对铁路多元经营发展的重要意义,提出铁路机车利用租赁方式开展经营的几点建议。

Starting from a discussion on the necessity of China railway implementation of the diversified economy, this paper summarizes the current situation of the domestic and oversea railway locomotive leasing businesses, analyzes the important significance of the railway financing lease to the development of diversified economy, and puts forward some suggestions to carry out business in way of railway locomotive leasing.
