摘要
目的建立槐芩合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中槐角、黄芩、金银花、大黄、枳实进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;黄芩苷在0.0194~0.8940μg(r=1)线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.6%,RSD=1.0%。结论建立的定性、定量分析方法简便快速,准确度高,可用于槐芩合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Huaiqin Mixture. Methods TLC was used to identify Sophorae fructus, Scutellariae radix, Lonicerae japonicae flos, Rhei radix et rhizoma and Aurantii fructus immaturus. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results The spots in TLC were clear, well-separated, and without interference. The curve for baicalin was linear within the range of 0.0194-0.8940 μg (r=1), and the average recovery was 101.6 % with RSD of 1.0 %. Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Huaiqin Mixture.
