摘要
目的探讨茶氨酸的抗衰老作用及机制。方法用D-半乳糖建立小鼠衰老模型,灌胃给予茶氨酸。持续8周后,检测小鼠的活动状况;检测小鼠的学习记忆能力;检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(Ach E)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果与对照组相比,模型组小鼠的活动量减少;学习记忆能力下降;SOD、GSH-Px活性下降,Ach E活性和MDA含量升高。与模型组相比,补充茶氨酸小鼠活动量增加;学习记忆能力得到不同程度的恢复;脑组织SOD、GSH-Px活性升高,Ach E活性和MDA含量下降。结论茶氨酸具有明显的延缓衰老作用。
Objective To study the anti-aging effect and action mechanism of theanine. Methods Aging model in mice was established with D-galactose. The experimental mice were treated with theanine by intragastric administration. After 8 weeks of treatment, the physical activity, learning and memory ability, and changes in brain tissue SOD, GSH-Px, AchE activities and MDA level were determined. Results Compared to the mice in control group, mice in the model group showed reduced physical activity and learning and memory ability, with decreased SOD, GSH-Px activities and increased AchE activity and MDA level. Compared to the mice in the model group, the physical activity and learning and memory ability of the animals in theanine treated group were improved, with increased SOD and GSH-Px activity but reduced AchE activity and MDA level. Conclusion Theanine showed a significant anti-aging effect.
