摘要 目的建立测定灵芝刺梨颗粒中主要功效成分维生素C含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。方法采用Welch Ultimate XB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,检测波长246 nm,流速1 mL/min,流动相为0.1%草酸。结果维生素C在0.04168~0.25008μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000);平均加样回收率为102.35%,RSD为0.40%。结论本文所建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于灵芝刺梨颗粒及同类产品的质量控制。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of vitamin C, the main functional component in Lingzhi Cili Granules. Methods A WELCH-C18 column (Ultimate B-C18, 4.6 mmx250 mm, 5 um) was adopted. 0.1 % oxalic acid was used as mobile phase, with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃and the detective wavelength was 246 nm. Results A good linear relationship of vitamin C was obtained in the concentration range of 0.04168-0.25008 μg. The average recovery was 102.35 %, with RSD of 1.88 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used in quality control for Lingzhi Cili Granules and other similar product.
