摘要
目的:对心脉神组方不同提取工艺进行药效学筛选评价。方法:采用小鼠常压缺氧模型比较不同提取工艺对小鼠存活时间的影响;采用氯仿致小鼠心律失常模型比较不同提取工艺对小鼠心室颤动的影响;采用肾上腺素+冰水致血瘀模型比较不同提取工艺对大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果:心脉神醇提取物、水提醇沉提取物各剂量组和水提取物低剂量组均能显著延长常压缺氧状态下小鼠的存活时间。心脉神醇提取物高剂量组能明显减少氯仿诱发的小鼠心律失常。心脉神醇提取物高剂量组能降低血瘀模型大鼠的低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积,低剂量组能降低血浆黏度;水提醇沉提取物高剂量能降低大鼠的血浆黏度和低切还原黏度,低剂量能降低全血低切黏度;水提取物高剂量组能降低大鼠的血浆黏度和红细胞压积。结论:心脉神组方不同提取工艺提取物对各实验模型均显示具有一定药效。
Objective: To evaluate the extraction processes of Xinmaisheng by multiple pharmacodynamics index evaluation. Methods: The atmospheric hypoxia model of mice were applied to compared the effects on sur- vival time among different extraction; The arrhythmia model of mice were applied to compared the effects on ventricular fibrillation among different extraction; Hemorheology model of rats were established to evaluate effects of different extraction processes. Blood stasis model induced by adrenaline and ice water were applied to com- pared the effects on hemorheology among different extraction. Results: The survival time of the mice in all pro- cesses (water extraction process group, alcohol extraction process group and water extraction alcohol precipitation process group) were all significantly prolonged for different dosages .The high dosage group of alcohol extraction process can reduce the arrhythmia of mice induced by chloroform. Different dosages of the three extraction pro- cess could affect Hemorheology of rats induced by epinephrine and ice water. Conclusion: All the three extrac- tion processes showed different effect in these animal experiments.
