跨学科交替研究已成为学科研究的新动态和新趋势。传播学视角下的图书馆学研究突破了以往图书馆学研究的局限。从5W传播模式解读图书馆信息流动和传递模式看,高校图书管理员具有三重身份,即信息的传递者、接受者及反馈者。三重身份的划分,有助于提高高校图书管理员的信息传递能力和信息传递效果,从而为广大读者提供更优质的服务,最有效的发挥图书馆的信息传递职能。

Inter- disciplinary research is a new communication science, library science breaks trend in disciplinary study. From the perspective of through the restriction. 5w communication model is used to explain the information flow and transfer in library. Then the three identities of university librarians are proposed. Namely, information transmitter, information receptor, and information respondent. It is expected to improve the librarians＂ ability to transfer information and the effects of information transference. Furthermore, a higher-level service to readers and the effectiveness of the information transference in university library are expected.
