基于HIE技术的集团医院影像云平台设计方案

The Design Scheme of Image Cloud Platform of Group Hospital Based on HIE Technology

目的:运用HIE技术建设影像云平台,实现集团内多家医疗机构医疗影像设备、人员的管理和医疗协同。方法:以HIE技术为基础,建设跨系统、跨院系的影像云平台,平台与医院的远程诊断、远程会诊、云胶片等多个系统实现对接。结果:实现集团内多个影像科室设备、技师、医生的统一管理,为病人提供远程诊断、远程会诊、云胶片、智能诊断等服务,并能顺利接入更多新的机构。结论:基于HIE技术的影像云平台能帮助医院集团完成多家机构影像资源的统一管理。

Objective： Building up medical image platform basing on HIE technology, hospital group could manage the equipment and staff and achieve medical cooperation between these hospitals. Methods： Basing on HIE, the medical image platform is built between different hospitals and systems, which is accessed to services of remote consultation, remote diagnosis and cloud image films. Results： Hospital group could manage medical image equipment and staff in different organizations, and provide medical services of remote consultation, remote diagnosis and cloud image films, which will be benefit for the group development. Conclusions： The image cloud platform, basing on HIE, could be used to manage the medical image equipment and staffin hospital group, provide more advance medical services, and lay a foundation for the group development.
