改良式单孔腹腔镜带线法治疗90例小儿腹股沟斜疝临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effects of modified single-port laparoscopic therapy with thread in 90 children with indirect inguinal hernia

目的探讨改良式经脐单孔腹腔镜下带线法腹膜外高位结扎疝囊颈治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年10月至2014年10月,广西医科大学第三附属医院五象医院普外科收治的改良式经脐单孔腹腔镜下带线法腹膜外高位结扎疝囊颈治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的90例患儿的临床资料,观察手术疗效。结果术后复发1例,术后复发率1.1%;手术切口感染率为0%,术后出现阴囊血肿0例,阴囊积液0例,正常血管及神经损伤、肠管损伤0例。结论该术式是治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝安全有效的微创手术方式,其创伤小、操作简便、手术时间短、术后瘢痕小、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低,明显减轻了患儿术后疼痛,具有明显的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of modified transumbilical single-port laparoscopic preperitoneal high ligation of hernia sac with thread in children, Methods 90 children with indirect inguinal hernia with modified transumbilical single-port laparoscopic therapy with thread were retrospectively analyzed between October 2012 and October 2014 in Wuxiang Hospital. Results There was 1 case of recurrence （recurrence rate was 1. 1% ）, no incision infection, no postoperative scrotum hematoma, no hydrocele of testes, no normal vascular and nerve injury and no bowel injury. Conclusion This surgical method is a kind of minimally invasive surgery, safe and effective, with small trauma, simple operation, short operative time, small postoperative scar, rapid recovery, fewer complications and lower recurrence. And it can significantly reduce postoperative pain. Therefore, it has a certain clinical value.
