乡镇医院内科医生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗体会

目的:研究乡镇医院内科医生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)治疗体会,为治疗提供数据支撑。方法:选我市乡镇医院194名内科医生,以面谈形式进行COPD治疗调查。结果:94%医生对COPD危害认识较全面,10%对用药及治疗不规范。结论:需加强对乡镇医院医生COPD危害认知的培训减少诊断延迟。

Objective To study the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） by physicians in township hospitals and provide data support for treatment. Methods 194 physicians in our township hospital were selected to investigate the COPD treatment by interview. Results： 94% doctors know more about COPD harm, and the 10% drugs and treatment is not standardized. Conclusion.. we should strengthen the training of COPD hazard cognition of township hospital doctors to reduce the diagnosis delay.
