摘要
目的:通过临床化疗之后,白血病患者的粒细胞出现缺乏,并伴有医院里细茵感染,对此进行分析。方法:通过依照高效、量足、广谱的这种降阶梯式的疗法,并根据我院随机选取的2010年3月至2014年4月75例在医院化疗的发生医院内感染的白血病患者资料分析,从而采取恰当的抗菌药物治疗。结果:75例在医院化疗的发生医院内感染的白血病患者,达到有效治疗的患者70例。结论:通过临床化疗之后,白血病患者的粒细胞出现缺乏,并伴有医院里细菌感染,这种感染发生率高,粒细胞集落刺激因子以及抗茵药物的正确应用是可以缓解并控制医院内细菌感染的。
