摘要
目的:对青少年创伤后应激障碍的患者实行家长参与式护理,观察临床效果。方法:将102例青少年创伤后应激障碍患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行应对反应和情绪稳定训练,将所有患者平均分为两组,分别实施常规护理(对照组)和家长参与式护理(护理组),分析护理后患者的应激反应症状的发生情况、护理满意度和家长对相关知识的掌握情况。结果:经护理后发现,护理组患者应激反应情况的发生和护理满意度均较对照组高,组间数据统计差异明显P<0.05;护理组患者家属对相关知识的掌握情况也明显好于对照组,组间数据相比差异显著P<0.05。结论:对于创伤后应激障碍对患者的生活有较大的影响,而实施家长参与式护理能够减轻患者的应激反应症状,有效稳定患者的情绪,效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of parents participating fqr adolescents with post--traumatic stress disorder. METHODS: 102 patients with post--traumatic stress disorder in this study. All patients were divided two groups. Routine care and parental care to analyze the occurrence of stress response symptoms, nursing satisfaction and parental knowledge of nursing patients after nursing. Results: The stress response and nursing satisfaction of the nursing group were higher than those of the control group (P 〈0.05). The mastery of the nursing group was better than the other In the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The participant's participation nursing can stabilize the mood of patients. The effect is obvious.
