摘要
目的:探讨养血清脑颗粒联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法:选取我院就诊的586例原发性高血压患者,随机分为观察组(养血清脑颗粒+贝那普利)和对照组(贝那普利)各293例。对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率94.54%显著高于对照组83.62%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血压(SBP和DBP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组血压(SBP和DBP)均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组血压(SBP和DBP)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the effect of yangxueqingnao granule combined with benazeprii in the treatment ot primary hypertension . Methods： 586 patients with primary hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （yangxueqingnao granule ＋ benazepril） and control group （benazepril） ,each group were 293 patients.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group（94.54%） was higher than that of the control group （83. 62 %） （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in blood pressure （SBP and DBP） between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the blood pressure （SBP and DBP） of the two groups were significantly lower than that of before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the blood pressure （SBP and DBP） in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of yangxueqingnao granule combined with benazepril in the treatment of primary hypertension is significant, ,which is worth to be spread.
