摘要
对儿童用品纺织材料中重金属元素汗液迁移的影响因素进行研究,确定了适合我国儿童纺织品汗液迁移试验的关键技术参数。采用不同成分的模拟汗液和不同的试验参数对纺织材料进行汗液迁移,然后用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定迁移液中重金属元素含量。试验结果表明,模拟液成分、pH值、温度、时间和振荡频率均对重金属迁移量有一定影响。儿童用品纺织材料中重金属迁移的较优条件为:汗液为氯化钠、尿素和乳酸混合物(5:1:1),pH值为4.1,萃取时间为1 h,温度为37℃,振荡频率为60次/min。
The factors influencing migration of heavy metals by perspiration in textile materials for children are studied. The key technical parameters for the test of heavy metals migration by perspiration of children's textiles in China are determined. Simulated sweat with different components and different experimental parameters is used to the migration in textile materials, and then the migration content of heavy metals in liquid is determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP- OES). The experimental results show that the composition, pH value, temperature, time and oscillation frequency of the simulated liquid have effects on the migration of heavy metals. Optimal migration con- ditions of heavy metals by perspiration in children's textile materials are: sweat is the mixture of sodium chloride, urea and lactic acid (5 : 1 : 1), the pH value is 4.1, the extraction time is 1h, the temperature is 37℃, the oscillation frequency is 60 times/min.
