白癜风患者血清白介素-25和白介素-7的检测及临床意义

Detection of serum interleukin-25 and interleukin-7 in patients with vitiligo and its clinical significance

目的探索白细胞介素-25(IL-25)和白细胞介素-7(IL-7)在白癜风患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集我院2015年10月至2016年9月收治的初诊白癜风患者共65例以及20例健康志愿者。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELASI)测定受试者血清中的IL-25和IL-7的表示水平。比较分析IL-25和IL-7的表达水平与白癜风的疾病分期、皮损面积和病程的关系。结果IL-25和IL-7在白癜风患者血清中的表达水平都明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而在白癜风患者中,稳定期患者的IL-25和IL-7的表达水平显著低于进展期患者(P<0.05)。IL-25和IL-7表达水平与白癜风患者的皮损面积成正相关(R^2=0.4832,P<0.0001和R^2=0.4864,P<0.0001),但与患者的病程无明显相关性(P>0.05)。IL-25和IL-7在白癜风患者血清中的表达存在显著相关性(r=0.4755,P<0.0001)。结论 IL-25和IL-7都参与了白癜风发病的免疫机制,且都与疾病的进展相关,在疾病的发生和发展中起到重要作用。

Objective To explore the expression and its clinical value of interleukin - 25 （ IL- 25 ） and interleukin （ IL- 7 ） in patients with vitili- go. Methods A total of 65 patients who were diagnosed as vitiligo in our hospital from October 2015 to August 2016 and another 20 health volunteers as con- trol were collected. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELASI） were used to detect the expression of IL-25 and IL-7 in those persons. The correlations between those expression level and disease staging, area of skin lesion, or course of disease were compared and analyzed. Results Patients with vitiligo had obviously high expression level of IL-25 and IL-7 compared with health individuals （P〈0.05）. In those patients, expression level of IL-25 and IL-7 in those at progressive stage was much higher than those at stable stage （P〈0.05）. There were positive correlations between IL-25 or IL-7 expression level and area of skin lesion （ R^2 =0. 4832 ,P〈0. 0001 and R^2 =0. 5864 ,P〈0. 0001 ）. But no obvious correlation between IL-25 or IL-7 expression level and course of disease（P〉0.05 ）. Furthermore, a significant correlation between IL-25 and IL-7 expression level could be ohserved in patients with vitiligo（ r= 0. 4755 ,P〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion Both IL-25 and IL-7 could be involved in immunologic mechanism of vitiligo, and have relationship with the progress of disease. They play critical roles in the onset and development of vitiligo.
