摘要
目的:比较花盆基质栽培、水泥桩、竹片及4种不同活树附生栽培的铁皮石斛鲜品中甘露糖含量的影响。方法:采用内标法加校正因子,测定不同附主上的铁皮石斛的甘露糖含量。结果:甘露糖含量由高到低为:龙眼>檀香>花盆>马占相思>水泥桩>降香黄檀>竹片;甘露糖与葡萄糖的峰面积比值为:龙眼>降香黄檀>水泥桩>檀香>马占相思>竹片>花盆。结论:铁皮石斛附主对其甘露糖含量有一定的影响。
Objective:To compare the impact of mannose content of different attachment material Dendroblum quality, substrate cultivation pots, concrete piles and bamboo strips epiphytic cultivation and live in four different Dendrobium officinal epiphytic cultivated are selected as experimental material. Methods: The mannose content of different attachment material Dendrobium quality were measured by internal standard method and correction factor. Results : Dendrobium mannose content were as follows: Dimocarpus longan〉 Santalum album〉 flower pots〉 Acacia mangium〉 concrete piles〉 Dalbergia odorifera 〉 bamboo strips, the ratio of mannose and glucose peak area were as follows: Dimocarpus longan 〉Dalbergia odorifera 〉concrete piles〉Santalum album〉Acacia mangium〉 bamboo strips〉Flower planters. Conclusion: The mannose content of Dendrobium officinal were influenced by the attached materials.
